Existing Conditions112th Street East is an important arterial within the City of Buckley. It is the school bus route between the City center and the high school and it provides a by-pass for east-west traffic when SR410 is congested. The existing pavement shows signs of fatigue in the form of alligator cracking, potholes and patches. The PCI rating is 54. The community needs this important arterial to be preserved vehicular traffic. |

The solution to the project is to plane off 2-inches of HMA wearing course, construct subgrade repairs where needed, and construct a 2-inch thick HMA wearing course.
