Region: East | Legislative District: 12 | Length: 0.06 mi. | FY 2021 Small City Arterial Program (SCAP) |
Existing ConditionsThe street is located in Leavenworth's downtown core with many retail and industrial businesses taking access off of it. 14th Street also provides access for the Town recycling center. Additionally, the existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk is chipped and falling apart. The City needs this project because this corridor is a vital route for tourism and for the residents of Leavenworth. |

The solution is to completely rebuild 14th Street including curb, gutter, and sidewalk with full depth reclamation and possibly cement treated base depending on the underlying soils.
