Existing Conditions

Current configuration of Taggart Road includes a series of 90 degree corners and narrow road alignment deviations that makes traveling along Taggart road slow and dangerous. City has already completed the construction of the road base and intersection approaches and moved the corresponding utilities. Project need is to provide an asphalt top to the new road bed.

Description of Improvements

Project plan is to build an extension of the current Taggart Road back to US 12 as means to straighten out the road and improve traffic safety associated with current intersection of Taggart and US 12. Current solution is to provide an asphalt top to previoiusly constructed road bed.
