Existing ConditionsRiver Avenue connects Ryan Rd (Minor Arterial) on its south end to Buckley's Central Buisness District on Main St (Major Collector). The poor condition of the existing pavement neccesitates rebuilding the asphalt and subgrade to improve functionality and safety. This project is a logical next step as the southern portion of the road was recently reconstructed up to the intersection of River and Jefferson. Improving River Ave from Jefferson to Main will complete this section and bring all ramps up to ADA standards. |
