Summary of Improvements
Description of Improvements
The City will finance the work associated with adding base rock structure to the existing roadway shoulder. The TIB project includes planing the roadway, applying crack seal, and overlaying West Goodlander Road between approximately 150 ft west of Selah Loop Road to approximately 300 ft west of Goodlander Drive before restriping. Minor adjustments to utilities include manholes, valve boxes, and monument cases and covers. The City is also applying for a Sidewalk project separately to address the non-compliant sidewalk ramps.
