It is important that TIB's inventory is properly balanced between design and construction. Projects in construction will close out soon. A good mix of projects across the phases helps to regulate a steady payment stream. Too many payments going to construction means that account balances are being depleted right now. Too few payments going to construction means that there will be a spike in payments when projects in design go to construction.
